All of our production equipment has been custom made to support traditional handcrafted processes because we believe in the value of goods that are made by people, not machines.  

Product Design All our products are handmade with original screen-printed artwork by the Miracle Toys resident artist. They are all made with non-toxic inks and lacquers.	Sealing and Sanding Our products are made from hardwearing MDF board that is sealed off site and then transported to Miracle Toys for sanding and airing. After 24 hours the sealed boards are sanded to create a surface for the screen printing inks to adhere to.	Screen-printing Ink colours are mixed and matched to colour samples by our skilled team and we use silkscreen ‘positives’ to screen each individual colour by hand onto our boards. After screen-printing the printed boards are left on the racks to dry for up to 48 hours before being transported off site for sealing. Once sealed and returned to Miracle Toys the boards are again air dried for up to 48 hours.
Cutting The magnetic boards and the top boards of the puzzles are then cut by hand, sanded and if required drilled then dusted.	Gluing The sanded and dusted magnetic pieces then have their magnetics glued to the back of each piece. The top board of each puzzle is glued to its backing board. All glued puzzles or magnetics then go under a press for a minimum of one hour to ensure the glued surfaces are secure.	Final Packaging Our puzzles are shrink-wrapped and our magnetic stories are packed in our trademark blue net bags, which are hand sewn on the premises. Our products are now ready and waiting for you our customer.
